My client urgently requires an ICT Support Analyst to join a small expanding team.

You will have provide technical help and advice to users on the phone, via email or face to face

Logging all IT Helpdesk Calls

configuring hardware, installing software etc


1st Line Support Experience

Active Directory experience

Windows 10 and microsoft 365 knowledge

Helpdesk Skills and experience

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
