eDiscovery Manager - FS - Belfast
£40,000.00 - £50,000.00 Location : London Permanent
What you will do :
As a Manager, you will be responsible for multiple client engagements. You will build your career by leading on projects, managing a team to produce high quality outputs, ensuring that deadlines are met, and client requirements are satisfied.
Your responsibilities will include :
Advising clients on a comprehensive range of issues during forensic and regulatory investigations in relation to financial crime, corruption, information theft and other offenses
Planning and supervising engagement teams in carrying out both reactive and proactive data analysis of large volumes of unstructured and structured data
Support, train and oversee junior staff on end-to-end eDiscovery engagements, performing tasks across the whole project lifecycle including identification, collections, analysis and productions
Utilise pre-existing industry experience of eDiscovery software, interacting with clients and internal stakeholders directly to provide any required support in relation to the engagement
Closely working with clients, fraud investigators, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities in sensitive and sometimes adversarial situations
Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external networks
Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members
Create a positive learning culture - you will develop junior team members through effective supervising, coaching, and mentoring
Strong academic qualifications with a degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
or equivalent work experience
Expertise in collecting, processing and analysing large volumes of unstructured and structured data
A minimum of 5 years' experience of working with common eDiscovery and forensic software products (including NUIX and Relativity)
Strong understanding of various operating systems, SQL database technologies, IT environments, and networks
Solution-oriented and proactive approach to the delivery and implementation of projects as well as the ability to build strong relationships with your teams and clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required any additional language is considered as a plus.
