We are looking for anoutstanding professional who can work well as part of a team and is willing andable to work flexibly as required.
Experienceof working in Early Years is essential.
Demonstrate drive and skills toraise standards of pupils’ attainment and achievement
Support the differentiation and delivery of the curriculum in your area and beprepared to undertake professional learning to support this
Support the planning anddelivery of intervention enabling access to learning for all pupils
Supportclassroom management and behaviour techniques as directed
In addition you must :
Be committed to the educationand social well-being of every child in the school
Continue to build and maintain effective relationships with the school and its’community and partners
Be happy, enthusiastic and friendly
