Senior Lecturer in Aviation and Tourism Management

Salary : £39,152 to £49,553 per annum

The School of Aviation and Security has been delivering Aviation Management programmes for 20 years and we are looking for an extremely capable individual to join our team.

The post holder will be a specialist in Aviation and general management who will have gained valuable sector experience in the specialism and will have the appropriate academic qualifications.

You will lead elements of our undergraduate programme and provide specialist input into other programmes at postgraduate and undergraduate level.

You will need to be prepared to travel both within the UK and overseas in connection with the School’s course delivery, partnership programmes and business development activity.

Job Purpose :

The design and delivery of aviation and pilot specific programmes and courses. To teach on modules and programmes related to these specific areas.

To manage and support student pilots throughout their degree programme and to carry out research and other scholarly activities.
