Do you have experience of working with children who require complex clinical care?

We are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants, in Redditch & Droitwich, who have experience working with children and young people, to support our young service users who have complex care needs.

We offer comprehensive training allowing you to enhance your experience of working in care and or with children by working in a more clinical role.

  • Training can include but is not limited to;
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Ventilation management
  • Personal Care
  • Moving & Handling
  • Gastrostomy Care (PEG feed)
  • You will also be fulfilling their sensory, play and social needs when required, this could be accompanying to nursery and or school, general play at home, walks to the park and accessing the community.

    This is a great opportunity where will be using your valuable knowledge & skills and applying them to the role of Children’s Complex Care Assistant.

    This is such a fulfilling role that will give you job satisfaction every day by making a difference to each of our service users lives.

    We provide care every day of the week 365 days a year, we can offer a rota of shifts based around your availability and the shifts available :

  • Days & Waking Nights
  • Full Time & Part Time
  • Shift times may vary
  • Includes Weekends
