This role is a specialist senior manager with expertise in either Kronos or Infor solution.

Your role

As a Senior Manager in our Workforce Management practice you will have responsibility for :

  • Leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders
  • Leading senior client discussions on architecture investments, business planning and the business case for future investment decisions
  • Defining solution architecture and ensuring appropriate use of technology and integrations between them
  • Delivering Workforce Management programmes
  • Guiding, managing and leading team members, especially in the area of workforce management
  • Actively managing key risks and issues
  • Developing and growing the practice, with a strong focus on workforce management
  • Leading and shaping the team
  • Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.

    Your professional experience

    Essential

  • Deep expertise in delivering large workforce management transformation programmes enabled by Kronos or Infor technologies
  • Experience of integrating with leading HCM providers
  • Proven ability to structure, advise, develop and deliver Time & Attendance and Scheduling aspects of the WFM solution
  • Relevant experience and relationships with leading WFM solution providers like Kronos and Infor
  • Track record in account development, business and relationship development and the ability to identify and act upon opportunities to build and develop workforce management practice footprint
  • Proven ability to understand, mitigate and manage risk
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organisation, and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders
  • Excellent programme management discipline. This will involve working with clients to improve their organisation design, change and leadership culture
  • Ability to lead and direct large and cross functional teams
  • Excellent people management and development skills with a strong focus on team development
  • 100% flexibility on travel requirements.

  • Experience in a Consultancy will be considered as an advantage.
