Together, we form one of the largest NHS trusts in the country.

Come and work on a major UHBW change programme, bringing together Weston and Bristol based teams and clinical services.

Our team is based across Weston and Bristol; however we operate a hybrid model with team members splitting their time between home working and site as appropriate.

We already have a range of working patterns and arrangements in the team and would be happy to discuss flexible and secondment options.

This is a fixed term post until March 2023 when the programme ends. As the Trust has a wide range of change programmes, we are working to retain the talents of team members into future roles.

Getting the right person with appropriate insight is important to us and so if, for example, you need to brush up on formal project management training, we can provide this.

In addition, this role will give you great exposure to senior leaders in the organisation and will enable you to develop your change and project skills in a creative and supportive team environment.
