This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Red Recruitment 247 Limited who are acting as an employment agency. Our Scunthorpe based client are looking for a Telesales executive to join their busy long-

standing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client accounts, building relationships and securing new leads for business meetings.

The Role & Responsibilities of Telesales executive.

  • Making calls and following up with prospective clients to meet their needs.
  • Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each prospect.
  • Generating high quality sales leads for the business.
  • Booking appointments across the UK with current and prospect clients.
  • Build a good relationship with the prospects and nurturing every opportunity.
  • General sales administration as required. Telesales executive Skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior executives.
  • Previous experience in a sales role within a business.
  • Experience in selling over the phone.
  • Experience with creating and generating new business opportunities from cold to meeting close.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation.
  • Must be able to listen to the needs of the client and respond to these needs accordingly.
  • Persuasive and confident in communicating product features and benefits.
  • Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail.
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • An understanding of IT and marketing.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work on your own initiative on a day to day basis.
  • Personable and an effective communicator. Monday - Friday 08.45- 17.15 (Early finish on a Friday).
