One of the ways in which we're responding to the market is through continued investment in our Legal Solutions Centre; a team of solicitors, chartered legal executives, paralegals, management information specialists and legal project managers, capable of providing support to the wider business on a regular and ongoing basis, for high volume projects or secondment opportunities, and providing some services directly to clients.
We've a team of highly motivated and high performing paralegals, but to ensure they continue to deliver we've put in place a team of qualified lawyers to provide technical supervision and training to the various paralegal teams.
Having already recruited into a number of areas, we're now looking to strengthen the team with an Associate.
So what are we looking for?
We're looking for an real estate lawyer, technically strong, with previous experience in managing or supervising people, ideally paralegals, but certainly with a passion for developing talent.
You'll be part of a team responsible for providing technical supervision and development to our paralegals, but will also work with the wider real estate team, managing your own property matters from secured lending, property insolvency, landlord and tenant and portfolio management instructions for national clients and corporate occupiers, to asset management work for investors as well as work in the social housing and education sectors.
You'll work closely with the Legal Solutions Centre Director and other senior lawyers in the team to continue to build a credible and high performing team of paralegals, with the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of our clients, our business and our profession, driving growth in the team and, as a consequence, revenue for the business.
