The Role :
As Senior HR Business Partner you will work closely with the wider People and Culture Directorate and be in partnership with key stakeholders such as our Executive and Directors Group in order to enable business leaders to build their people capability and deliver on performance, talent, succession and development programmes aligned to local business objectives and Catalyst’s strategic priorities.
Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will have management responsibility for a HR Business Partner and Adviser and will contribute directly to the achievement of Catalyst’s strategic priorities through building trusted professional relationships with senior leaders through to executive level.
You will drive and enable colleague engagement and excellent customer experience across the business whilst promoting our values.
In addition, the role will provide a value-added strategic and operational partnering service, whilst also working on key projects, innovations and new ideas to drive the organisation forward.
About You :
You will be a credible self-starter and well-established senior HR leader with extensive experience of partnering directors and senior leaders in a fast-paced commercial environment.
You will have a CIPD qualification - ideally educated to a Masters degree level. You will also have demonstrable experience of high volume TUPE and mergers and have extensive employee relations / employment law knowledge.
In line with this, you will be able to demonstrate leading on the management of complex ER issues including disciplinaries, redundancies, restructuring, absence management and grievances.
You will have excellent written and communication skills and have experience of successfully developing and implementing talent and succession plans.
You will have a proven track record of continuous professional development and have sound commercial and business awareness in your advice and decision making.
Additionally, you will have a collaborative approach with colleagues at all levels and show willingness to get the job done.
