Job Description IT & Business Change Programme Manager opportunity with a large scale utilities provider in West Midlands.

You will lead on major projects within transformation / process improvement of a large scale organisation with a particular focus on the people change, process change and technology change to enhance the ways of working within the organisation.

Driving efficiency's to become a leaner, more agile and more effective business. The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months with potential extensions / permanency in line with the business requirements.

To be successful you will ideally be PMP, Prince2 or ITIL qualified with experience running projects across the scope of people change, process change and technology change programmes.

You will need to have proven experience of business process re-engineering and an expert level of understanding of the principles of project management.

People Change with experience in implementing new centralised planning concepts; organisational structure change and behaviour change.

Process mapping and lean redesign experience of customer journeys within the business. Experience of re-implementation of works management systems.
