Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of : Management Systems Coordinator

Location : Bradford Department : Supply Chain

Job Grade : 12

Duties & Responsibilities

The Management Systems Coordinator will :

  • Ensure the compliant running of the site's management systems including RC 14001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001
  • Manage and develop sitewide EHSQ documented management systems including Sharepoint and Lotus Notes systems
  • Help Responsible Care action owners, both within EHSQ and across the wider site, to ensure actions and procedure updates are being progressed to given deadlines.
  • Work on projects to improve the documented management systems. Assist with training on documented management systems.
  • Manage the EHSQ audit and inspection programmes ensuring schedules are set up, communicated and maintained.
  • Co-ordinate EHSQ related external visits / audits / inspections & correspondence, ensuring actions are recorded and responses planned in a timely manner.
  • Proactively provide support to the EHSQ cluster, with tasks related to the management system. This includes activities such as collating and reporting EHSQ performance data both internally and externally, and supporting key Responsible Care meetings and their action follow up
  • Co-ordinate and deliver the EHSQ communications plan, including preparing communications, maintaining the EHSQ Intranet pages and assisting with site-wide events.
  • Other reasonable duties to support EHSQ department and the wider site

    The Individual

  • Strong working knowledge of management systems, preferably including RC14001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and / or ISO 9001
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive improvements by working as part of a team
  • Structured and detail orientated
  • 2 year’s experience in a manufacturing environment desirable
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Training in internal auditing desirable
