Collecting waste with our fleet of Trade Refuse, Skip, Tipper, Grab and Walking Floor articulated vehicles, transporting materials to our Material recycling facilities where we produce a valuable product such as cardboard, Paper, Washed sands, Biomass for energy and animal bedding.

We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated Customer Service function based at our head office in Dalkeith, Midlothian.
The Customer Service Advisor role serves as the first point of contact to the Waste Services customers of NWH; therefore, a passion for excellent customer service is essential, acting as an ambassador to the organisation.
This is a full-time position with working hours of 08 : 30 to 17 : 30. Although training will be provided, a knowledge of the waste and / or construction industry will be an advantage.
Due to the location of our head office, the ability to drive and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.
This position will pay a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 dependent upon experience.
Key Responsibilities :
