We are in an unique position in AMP 7 to work with most Water UK clients, which provides an unrivalled opportunity to join an ambitious and fun team that will provide you with plenty of scope for career progression in the coming years.

Working from home or either our High Wycombe office or Reading office, you will take a lead role delivering a challenging capital programme for a variety of our clients.

Leading and collaborating with both our international network of process experts and global multidisciplinary engineering team, you will use your knowledge and experience to deliver innovative, sustainable, and efficient engineering solutions for our clients and the communities around us.

The role requirements are :

Provide technical direction to multi-disciplinary project teams during the Definition phase of design projects

Mentor, coach, and collaborate with our team of international process engineers to continue their journey to become world leaders in their field

Assist in leading the digital delivery strategy from process modelling, mass balances to P&IDs

Build lasting relationships with our clients

Maintain Stantec’s high quality standards through our Quality Assurance process

About you

To be considered for this opportunity you must be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Chemical or Process Engineering or other relevant subject with experience within the water industry.

You must also be a member of a relevant engineering institution i.e. IChemE.

This is a chance to join a dynamic team in supporting the delivery of a variety of water projects. You will provide technical leadership as well as work collaboratively on projects in terms of developing and managing people and tasks, managing budgets, scope and risk.

You will also work closely with our clients on and off site.
