This Gastropub is looking for an dedicated Head Chef to run their busy kitchen. 80 seater Gastropub serving food to a high standard & using all fresh locally sourced produce you will be managing a kitchen brigade of 3 plus KPs.
You must be an all-rounder who is extremely driven and capable of taking control of a kitchen brigade.
As a Head Chef you will be responsible for organising the smooth running and growth of the kitchen, as well as developing new menus.
You must be able to communicate effectively with the team, customers, develop and maintain high standards of service and dining.
To have head chef experience in busy gastro / fast paced environments.
Have good motivational skills and team management.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Be able to maintain a high and professional service.
Adhere to strict hygiene control throughout the kitchen.
