As Groupon grows, our business is constantly evolving and changing. Our Transformation Team leads the programmes and projects that will help Groupon grow into a scalable e-

commerce operation for our team and partners. We are looking for a Project Manager to build project programmes for multiple international projects.

Your work will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions and change management across the business. You will keep control of all project documentation and software and ensuring projects are run as per the Groupon Project Management guidelines, supporting the Program Manager and ensuring they are set up for success.

A keen eye on the future will be paramount for success, as you will be regularly assessing timelines for successful project delivery and making sure all partners are collaborating seamlessly along the way.

You’ll Spend Time On The Following

  • You will create and develop detailed and integrated project programmes at both a project level and at a programme milestones view for various projects throughout the international business
  • You will work closely with each work stream to generate and update the detailed project programme, maintaining a 6-week look ahead and critical path
  • You will identify programme risks, assess the potential impact to the critical path, and work with streams to identify possible solutions to minimise the effect to programme
  • Act as the central point of contact for all streams and partners for the project programme
  • Ensure the programme is followed by all streams, holding partners accountable for programme deviation and keeping them informed of any changes
  • You will coordinate and facilitate project storybooks
  • Create and maintain project methodology
  • Track and report the progress of the programme and storybook against actual project delivery
  • Provide weekly reporting and analysis to project managers

  • Project Management experience with PRINCE 2 qualification
  • A strong desire and passion to collaborate with others towards a shared goal
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager
  • A highly logical, analytical, and forward thinking approach
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills at all levels
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time-management skills
  • A self-starter, highly flexible, and able to handle changing directions or priorities
  • Confidence to challenge potential programme delays
  • Project planning experience in e-commerce or retail
  • Experience with report writing and financial reporting
