What you will be doing
To create / develop and maintain a suite of reporting systems and processes
To extract data and verify data is accurate
To overcome complex system and reporting issues
Work closely with the RGSE central team and RBS managers
Manage the resolution of all customer enquiries / complaints promptly and efficiently to satisfy customer requirements
Assist in relevant projects where required ie Detox / Sharepoint & Engagement
To meet or exceed SLAs to deliver a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction
To prepare monthly management reports and KPI packs to maintain visibility of performance
Routinely run reports to assist with SOX and Audit requirements
To provide support and mentoring for other RBS reporting and business analysts Timeliness, completeness & accuracy of reporting
KPI and management reporting
You will ideally have
Ability to maintain a high degree of focus on results, through regular / continuous review and accurate and timely reporting
Understanding of Ricoh’s products and services to be able to articulate customers obligations in terms of services provided
Ability to deal with difficult customers’, resolve conflict and confrontation
Being able to communicate with other countries
Able to operate in a matrix structure dealing with requirements from multiple sources
Able to prioritise & organise own workload
Coordinating across numerous OpCo’s
Ability to deal with RBS Heads and OPCo’sAdvanced excel, strong VBA and IT awareness
Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
Excellent customer handling skills
Strong Numeracy and literacy skills
Must have good English skills (read / write / speak)
Excellent communication skills
Advanced working knowledge of Oracle - preferably billing processes
Advanced education with a minimum of 1 year experience in similar position
Must have a strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers)
Must be able to prioritise and make decisions in the given framework for actions;
Must be an effective and confident communicator / presenter (written and verbal)
Good time management, organizational and delegation skills
Good customer handling skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems / issues.

Strong Powerpoint skills
VBA coding essential
Proven Analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure with a pride on attention to detail
Ability to work on own or part of a team
