Flexible Technologies / Canada, a leading manufacturer of products for the HVAC markets is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our Mississauga, Ontario location.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and resolving customer requests with a purpose of partnering with the Thermaflex team to continuously improve our customers’ experience.

Duties include :

  • Processes orders from customers or sales representatives.
  • Takes calls from customers or sales representatives for orders.
  • Acts as liaison to assure timely delivery schedules; exercises considerable tact when discussing delays or deviations with customers.
  • Informs manager of problems with meeting customer requirements.
  • Handles customer complaints and directs returned goods to appropriate personnel for evaluation.
  • Maintains literature, price lists and coordinates all customer requests to the appropriate department.
  • Maintains on-line or other department files.

    Qualifications :

    Education : College Diploma Preferred.

    Experience : 3 years customer service related experience preferred
