As a Global Product Manager you will be a key hire to the business and part of the senior management team / board. You will be working closely with the Platform Director and will have a key role in driving the innovation of a number of products within the business.

Key responsibilities of the Global Product Manager - Workplace pensions / DC pension

  • Support the Global Head of Platform to review initiatives to ensure that they are consistent and integrated, working closely with the global and other senior Managers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the platform initiative discovery process, including defining high level goals and requirements
  • Work with the technical architects to agree designs that meet an initiatives goals
  • Identify real customer problems and think big to solve them
  • Create buy in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer objectives and impact
  • Represent the company by meeting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
  • Work closely with the relevant teams to deliver the vision and objectives set

  • Solid experience as a Product professional working closely with technical teams
  • Strong understanding of financial services
  • Solid experience and knowledge of the UK workplace pensions market
  • Solid experience of defined contribution pensions
  • Strong product management skills and ability to demonstrate taking a product from vision to delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • As a Global Product Manager you will receive a base salary of between £80,000-110,000 (DOE) + 25 days' + private healthcare, generous pension, wfh options, season ticket loan, £500 training budget and many other benefits
