We are currently inviting applications for the role of Quality Technician to join our team at CommScope. This role will enable the right candidate the opportunity to develop their career as a quality professional while contributing to the long-term success of our business.
Duties & responsibilities :
The role is compliance orientated and requires an excellent understanding of both processes and products.
The required standards and behaviours will be personally demonstrated to the operations teams.
The product and process knowledge acquired will need to be maintained and shared influencing the operations teams and encouraging their escalation of issues.
Understanding of how different types of analysis may or may not be suited to the circumstances and having confidence to engage team members where necessary.
Work with quality and other teams to develop actions that improve overall factory performance.
Skills & experience :
Certificate or diploma level technical qualification required - quality, manufacturing or process related.
The role requires good interpersonal skills, an ability to generate and implement actions in collaboration with various manufacturing, engineering and operations teams.
The role will support the operations teams’ ownership of their autonomous actions.
