It has broad research interests in the entrepreneurial process (founders’ behaviour, nascency period, team development, entrepreneurial finance, new venture innovation and growth, exit) and educates students on BSc, MSc, MBA, Executive and PhD programs.
The Group is seeking to appoint an outstanding academic as Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship.
The appointed academic will undertake world-leading or internationally excellent research; and will contribute to the delivery of high quality student education and to the growth of the Faculty’s rising international profile.
The successful candidate will have completed, or will be close to completing, a PhD in a relevant field. For appointment as Lecturer, evidence of delivering high quality and innovative education is required, as is a strong potential to publish research of world-
leading or internationally excellent quality. For appointment as Senior Lecturer, candidates will have a record of world-
leading or internationally excellent research, a commitment to the delivery of high quality student education and the skills and experience to make a significant contribution to the achievement of the academic objectives of the School, including taking a lead on one or more aspects of research or education.
