Line of Business : Prime Brokerage

Here in our London office we are looking to recruit an Operations PB Client Services Representative. The EMEA PB Client Service Representative will effectively deal with client queries to tight deadlines while being the key liaison point between clients and Core Operations, navigating the organization to deliver for our clients.

What will your main responsibilities involve?

  • Building and maintaining Client and Administrator Relationships for new and existing Clients
  • Acting as a point of contact for Clients and Administrators
  • Managing Client and Administrators’ expectations by communicating with them as appropriate on the telephone and / or email
  • Handling high volumes of queries and multi-task to ensure all queries are actioned and resolved in a timely manner
  • Working in close collaboration with business partners such as Product, Sales, Relationship Management, Technology and Operational teams
  • Assisting management with raised issues to ensure clients are provided with the level of service expected
  • Supporting management in the delivery of Operational Strategies and direction for the Client Service team
  • Analysing Business situations and resolving queries with multiple parties within the Operations Business
  • Identifying process gaps and build robust and scalable solutions to resolve them
  • Carrying out checks daily to ensure team have completed all tasks
  • Raising issues to Management to be addressed where required
  • Gathering pain points and reporting to Management so solutions can be sourced
  • What skills and qualifications will you ideally possess?

  • Ability to evaluate the risk elements of such a client facing role and ensure tasks are carried out in a controlled fashion
  • Previous experience within Prime Brokerage would be ideal
  • Be able to work in a dynamic environment and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • The ability to act without immediate supervision and to take ownership of tasks and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business partners, clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
