You will be part of a small team responsible for growing Bristol Energy’s business portfolio within Bristol and nationwide with a focus on direct sales.
The team has a strong commercial focus and ensure their efforts are directed on the right prospects to ensure success. You will be part of the driving force within the sales area of the B2B function, and will need to have a passion for sales, hitting targets, and an understanding of businesses and their individual needs.
You will play an important role in the future of the B2B function and how we transform it to be a relationship led sales model with strong proposition packs, energy experts and motivated by the success of Bristol Energy.

Your main accountabilities will include :
Deliver an elite sales experience for our business customers and ensure we are the supplier of choice for Bristol businesses and beyond
Inbound and outbound sales to business leads (phone, email and face to face) to achieve sales targets
Pitch and quote to new business prospects in line with our tone of voice to ensure maximum conversion
Achieve sales targets and associated KPI’s
Proactively manage the lead pipeline in line with the teams objectives
Lead generation alongside the Business Development Manager
Contract negotiation and relationship management
Ensure all system records are accurate and up to date with customers information
Ensure ethical and compliant practice at all times
You must have :
Experience of working in a phone or face to face sales environment
Proven track record of using excellent sales skills and an ethical approach to achieve targets
A goal orientated and sales driven mindset with a team player attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
The ability to multi task and prioritise workload to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A self-motivated and positive attitude and able thinks outside the box
You will ideally have :
Experience of the energy industry
Experience in B2B sales
Experience of using a Sales CRM
