I’m looking for two 3rd Line Support Engineers to join a software solutions provider based in York due to growth.

They design, develop and host bespoke software solutions for blue-chip clients in many different sectors across the UK.

  • In this role you will;
  • Provide 3rd line support for clients and users.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues logged by users.
  • Troubleshoot problems and come up with a practical solution.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and users.
  • Escalate severe technical issues in a timely manner.
  • You must have prior experience in supporting complex software applications and systems ideally with the following tools and technologies;
  • Windows Server / Desktop
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • SCCM / InTune
  • Azure
  • You must have strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and to strict time-scales.

    The salary is £30-35,000 plus 25 days holiday, 5% pension, private medical, career development, training and free certifications.
