You take care of customers whose arrival, departure or reservation takes place late or during the night. You must also : -
Validate billing - Draw up the day's statistics and accounts report for the director - Prepare the documents required for the morning team.
Be proactive, anticipate guests needs and looks for suitable solution. - Promote company’s loyalty programme LeClub. - Assist as required / requested with the solving of any guest feedback and be able to handle them in the most.
Have knowledge of the facilities and services, events offered by the hotel and the surrounding area and actively promote them.
Carry out all operations concerning guests arrival and departure in compliance with payment procedure. - Be competent in taking Reservations, upselling where possible to maximise on average room rate.
Be able to coordinate hotel emergency situations along with Night Manager / team. -Patrol all areas of the hotel on a regular basis to make a report of any fire or H&S hazards or maintenance.
Actively contribute to the qualitative and quantitative targets of the department. - Organise book out of guests if necessary trying to minimise the cost to the hotel.
Ensure the security of the hotel and be responsible for the safety and security of both staff and guests.
