HR GO are currently looking for an experienced administrator to work in the Rotherham area.

Start Date : ASAP

Hours of Work : 15 : 30pm till 8pm Monday Friday

The tasks include :
  • Data Input
  • Data Input
  • Investigating address queries
  • Calling customers when necessary
  • Assisting drivers with parcels they were unable to deliver
  • Booking in parcels
  • Dealing with collection customers and post office enquiries
  • Arranging collections with drivers
  • Working with in house systems to look at driver delivered / non-delivered numbers and challenging differences when necessary
  • Cash handling
  • Distribution and collection of vehicle keys and log books
  • Whilst the role is initially part time, we are looking for someone who can be flexible with the hours they work as there would be an opportunity to work full time, anything between the hours of 5am and 9.30pm.
