Operations / Delivery Manager - Travel & Experiences
The purpose of this role is to ensure that our operations run smoothly, efficiently and most importantly are constantly upgraded and evolved to ensure that we stay ahead of the game.
This is a responsibility that requires a deep understanding of our processes, an appreciation of how customers do business and the tenacity to design solutions.
This is the only role in the organisation that calls for equally connected collaboration with customers, suppliers and colleagues in order to make it work.
As the first port of call for any issues relating to the operations of the business, the position necessitates positivity, calmness and creativity to ensure that our operations remain a seamless and profitable experience.
