Novotel Southampton are looking for someone who can manage a large team day to day when either in the bar or the restaurant.

The hotel will be looking for someone who is outgoing and goes out of their own way to help guests have an amazing stay with Novotel Southampton.

We expect that you'll be making the correct decisions from the heart but making those decisions for the better of the business.

As a supervisor you'll be an artist which will be looking at the entire picture and deciding the best decisions.
