Service Desk Adviser
Location : Glasgow (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Salary : £20,500 basic salary & £2,000 bonus potential
Hours : Monday-Sunday (37.5 hours per week, working any 5 days from 7 on a shift rotation between 7am-7pm)

What will you be doing?
Service Desk Adviser’s quickly and calmly identify our customers' need and respond appropriately to the severity of the incident.
They use their refined communication and interpersonal skills to log and triage’ a range of incidents whilst managing customers’ expectations around resolution times
You’ll be responsible for taking ownership of high-impacting incidents as they are raised, making sure that we are using contact points around the wider business and beyond to drive a prompt resolution.
Customer service is key in this role, as you need to ensure we deliver the very best care to our customers through effective relationship building.
Efficiency is key to succeed in this position, you will manage a diverse workload which will include handling inbound and outbound calls, also responding to emails & web chat messages.
Using your refined communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll manage customer expectations, and have the ability to manage technical queries in a timely manner.
