Office Administrator required for my client based in Coventry. Due to rapid growth this year, they require administration support in their fast paced and vibrant office.
This is a fantastic administration role, for someone to take on and make their own.
This role is full time, permanent role and its paying between £16,000 to £20,000 based on experience.
Main duties and responsibilities;
Answer inbound calls from customers.
Chase customers for paperwork and payments.
Updating customers via the phone and emails.
Inputting customer information on in-house computer systems.
Filing, photocopying and scanning.
Meeting and greeting guests in to the office.
Experience working in administration or customer service.
Working well under pressure and strict deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Efficient using MS Work, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Able to work every other Saturday, 9.30am to 2pm.
