We are now recruiting for talented individuals to become part of our friendly and successful team as Service Booking Advisors, based within our Ford Business Development Centre in Chelmsford.

As part of our Aftersales Team , you will provide support and assistance to all our customers by booking them in for services and MOT’s, as well as suggesting other suitable aftercare products or services that we offer.
You will provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions by responding positively to enquiries relating to servicing and repairs to customer’s vehicles.
Being proactive is important for this role as you will be contacting existing customers in relation to their vehicle maintenance schedules.
It is important that you manage all your bookings and appointments efficiently and meet set manufacturer criteria. You must ensure that you establish customers drop off and collection requirements or arrange alternative transport where necessary.
Full training will be provided as part of your induction and on-going learning, allowing you to constantly develop your knowledge of the motor industry, with opportunities for upselling additional products and services.
What we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in customer service or sales roles. We need someone with a positive attitude who can always deliver a first-class customer experience.
It is essential that you have a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and can demonstrate a thorough approach to work.
This role is based within a fast-paced contact centre environment; therefore, you will have to be computer literate with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Salary and Benefits
You will be required to work 40 hours over the week between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday, 0830 am until 12 30 pm on a Saturday and will have every Sunday off.
