We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Key duties connected with this role are as follows :
To inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms, turn-down (as assigned) to ensure that the standards are being achieved
Check the standards of the rooms and public areas
Ensure sufficient supplies and equipment available to your colleagues to enable them to carry out their job
Supervising Room Attendants and Floor Porters in your charge and making sure they have everything they need and that they are looked after
Take care of any lost property
Manage cleaning schedules to ensure consistent high levels of cleanliness are adhered to
Assist with stock takes and control of inventories
Monitor consumption of cleaning products and amenities to control wastage.
Key requirements for this role are as follows :

Previous experience of supervising people is essential
