As a Technical Program Manager in our agile team you will be central to the efficiency of the entire team and program. You will establish a firm understanding of our customers and the problems they face.

From this you will help invent and define the solutions, and how we will measure success. You will then take ownership of key projects, specifically those involving other teams and 3rd party suppliers.

To deliver results, you will facilitate the right conversations by identifying and getting the right people together, communicating and re-

iterating the vision before asking challenging questions. With the solution and delivery plans established you will then communicate these to our stakeholders, and manage the process of delivery, co-

operation, iteration and reporting. You will also lead on program wide issues; responding on behalf of the team, or the compilation of status reports.

You will care about and relate to the engineering team, facilitating retrospectives, planning and reporting meetings, and stand-

ups. You will identifying redundant, inefficient or omitted processes and measurably improve the overall team efficiency.

  • Extensive industry experience organizing projects that delivered quality user-facing software
  • Proven interpersonal, written and verbal skills including working with and influencing stakeholders, developers, external teams and 3rd parties across multiple disciplines (e.
  • g. development, user experience, analytics, operations).

  • Experience of facilitating best-practice engineering including Agile methodologies, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
  • Experience of working to identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels, creating, maintaining and disseminating project information and metric updates to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable understanding of systems architecture including Service Orientated Architecture and complex software systems
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience architecting full-stack distributed systems ideally including machine learning and web applications.
  • Ability to pull, interpret and report data from NoSQL and relational databases.
  • Previous experience as a software developer.
  • Domain experience with human resources, recruiting or business processes

  • Ability to communicate and discuss technical topics with both technical and business audiences.
  • Highly innovative, self-directed and able to deal well with ambiguous problems.
