A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join our client in Wallingford assisting adult residents with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviour.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of caring for the vulnerable. As a Support Worker you will be expected to deliver a high level of care.
As we cannot teach compassion, this is an essential requirement.

Assisting Residents with severe Learning Disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour with daily tasks whilst still promoting and encouraging independence
Working closely to specially prepared personal care plans
Keep clear, accurate and appropriate records in line with policies and procedures
Ensure people who use the service have their privacy, dignity and confidentiality maintained at all times
Valid Up to date ENHANCED DBS on the update service
Previous experience of working within a Learning Disabilities and severe challenging behaviour
1 to 1 or 2 to 1 support
Up to date recent Covid test might be required
A clean UK driving licence is a bonus
