As an Executive Creative Director at Siegel+Gale, you will :

  • Partner with other Directors, the strategy team, and strategic partners to define and translate strategies into creative concepts
  • Lead and inspire creative team to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
  • Lead creative team to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
  • Set and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
  • Review roadmap across projects to extend engagements and relationships
  • Apply industry trends, execute new methods and techniques to improve our practice
  • Be accountable for project profitability in partnership with Account Management
  • Lead client presentations
  • Maintain client contact in area of expertise
  • Act as expert and thought leader in new business efforts
  • Lead new business proposals, define approach, pricing, and scopes of work
  • Extend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value
  • Define and lead cross-practice initiatives, and oversee creative and strategic approach and quality across practice
  • Define criteria for assessing concepts / project deliverables and solutions
  • Deliver point of view confidently to team and to senior level clients
  • Constantly evaluate quality of work, build a world class team and conduct staff performance appraisals
  • You're a great fit for this position if you have :

  • 15 or more years of agency, consultancy or client experience
  • An advanced degree
  • Deep digital expertise
  • Ability to simplify
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Mastery of basic design principles including typography, line, form, color, pattern, contrast, scale, weight, etc.
  • Mastery in applying the principles of identity and visual system design across multiple touch points
  • Mastery in 1 or more areas of expertise : :
  • Visual systems design
  • Digital design
  • Information design
  • Proficiency in creative direction across multiple areas including but not limited to :
  • Information design
  • Data visualization
  • Iconography
  • Information architecture
  • Wireframe template development
  • Document analysis

  • Video storyboarding, production and editing
  • Design for web
