  • Duties will include;
  • Food preparation and cooking
  • Menu planning and ordering of products
  • Stock control to minimise wastage
  • Adhering to the HACCP policy
  • Temperature monitoring
  • Following the company’s health and safety policy including COSHH
  • Staff supervision
  • Team work
  • General Cleaning Duties
  • Qualification’s required;
  • NVQ Level 1 or 2 in catering or equivalent
  • Basis or Intermediate food Hygiene
  • Part time and full time hours available.

    Salary dependent on experience.
