  • Key responsibilities will include :
  • Co-ordinate regional resourcing plans and proactively work with recruiters and HRD?s across the group to develop strategies and actions to help them meet their recruitment targets.
  • Facilitate inter regional initiatives as required.

  • Identify and lead group initiatives that help build an ?Employer of Choice? brand eg advertising templates, campaigns, recruitment literature
  • Support regional HR in development of best practice recruitment processes
  • Extend the internal recruitment market by actively supporting the internal mobility policy and facilitating internal mobility across regions.
  • Research and identify external talent pools to help meet regional recruitment needs, and develop strategies to maximise resourcing opportunity.
  • Co-ordinate data collection for talent review and succession planning process.
  • In conjunction with regional HR, build knowledge bank of talent pool.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of key talent management initiatives at both group and corporate levels ? eg career development programmes, young professionals programme, intranet career zone
  • Lead the performance management process. Develop and extend the process as required eg Lotus Notes version, offshore version
  • Support the design and delivery of key group development programmes for Engineering and Offshore
  • Build on regional initiatives and develop a company-wide employee survey tool for 2007 implementation
  • Support group wide organisation development and change programmes as required ? eg logistics, organisation, materials, roll out
  • You will interface with external Consultancies and development providers ? recruitment, business schools, psychometrics, professional institutes, specialist service providers and all Senior Managers and VP's internally.

  • You will :
  • Have a degree or equivalent
  • 5 years relevant experience ? strong development focus, international mindset
  • Ideally have engineering / project management / oil and gas experience
  • Have strong facilitation, consultancy and change management skills
  • Be a self starter with a drive to make things happen
  • Be energetic, optimistic, action orientation
  • Be able to prioritise and balance a demanding and sometimes conflicting work load
  • You will be based in Sunbury, Middlesex with frequent travel throughout Europe.
