Regional Business

Flexible location field based London UK

Vodafone UK Business are revolutionising how customers use technology and connectivity, ensuring they are ready for today and the digital innovation of tomorrow.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Regional Business sales stream as a client sales manager.

What will you be doing?

Targeting business’ that Vodafone do not currently hold relationships with, specifically within the mid-market space (200-2000 employees) based in the London.

Turning these new relationships into business customers, transforming their business with our technology.

Collaborating with customers from the private & public sector to upsell & cross sell our product portfolio through effective account management & net new business opportunities.

Understand the customer’s industry to develop a customer specific strategy and business plan in line with Vodafone’s product and service portfolio.

Implement and manage local contingency plans to deal with internal / external business issues that impact upon revenue, cost or margin

Drive NPS improvement through the delivery of end-to-end customer experience through effective relationships.

Implement and manage a sales strategy for strategic segments and accounts to deliver against KPIs for fixed, mobile, hosting, M2M, TWM, in line with Vodafone UK and Enterprise Strategy, balancing retain and grow to drive revenue and margin improvements.

With resource & support assistance, creating & managing large complex bids to help customers help their customers.

Help drive a step change within the organisation to penetrate the market within the region.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for driven new business sales professionals who have a consultative & solution based sales approach, who really get to know & understand their customers.

The ability to build strong relationships quickly is key to this role. Understanding your customer & their journey will help you provide them a clearer picture of how our technology can benefit their business & enable them to reach their objectives!

A track record of selling technology & comms products is essential, so you are best placed to assist your customers with their business objectives.

This is a field based role, so the ability to manage your own diary & priorities, along with a drivers licence is a must!
