WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Expert Network Manager, your responsibilities will include :

Day to day expert network relationship management

  • Serve as key point of contact, thought leader and advisor within Bain for all questions relating to Expert Networks
  • Manage portfolio of global Expert Networks, including negotiations of enterprise-wide contracts / service level agreements and onboarding of new vendors
  • Hold responsibility over feedback gathering and delivery processes, including definition and tracking of KPIs
  • Manage performance of expert networks based on regular reviews with vendors, supported by qualitative and quantitative feedback from case teams, ensuring that vendors / partners are honoring their contractual commitments and maintaining service levels
  • Identify and suggest initiatives towards Expert Networks in order to improve service quality
  • Continuously assess Bain’s expert network requirements by liaising with key internal stakeholders (e.g., practice groups) to review gaps and improvement potential
  • Work with the legal team and other relevant stakeholders to assess and adjust agreements with Expert Networks
  • Technology / digital strategy for primary research

  • Identify digitization potential for Bain’s way of working with Expert Networks
  • Drive strategy and implementation advanced software solutions to improve our ways of working with expert networks, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously improving our knowledge sharing and operational processes

  • Oversee the maintenance of internal platforms and documents pertaining to Expert Networks, and improve its usage for knowledge gathering
  • Work with relevant stakeholders in developing and updating trainings for best practices in using external experts and cooperation with expert networks
  • ABOUT YOU :

  • 8+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in consulting, financial services or other business setting
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and drive to brings things into action
  • Experience in working with global / virtual teams
  • Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships, with expert networks and with technology suppliers
  • Some familiarity with expert networks / knowledge management
  • Ability to think strategically and establish strategic direction
  • Working independently with minimal direction
  • Strong analytical and business skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts
  • Bachelors degree
