Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a dynamic service delivery manager with a strong commercial focus. To maximise the revenue generated from available resources over our portfolio of engagements by proactively identifying opportunities for up-selling / cross-selling Intragen services across our client base.

What you'll do :

  • 1. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and maximise utilisation across all of Intragen's operations and customer projects, by communicating and working closely with Intragen's customers and internal teams.
  • 2. Continually support Intragen's sales and services function in actively identifying and promoting opportunities for revenue growth.
  • 3. Maintain accurate and timely management information regarding Intragen's Service Delivery capability and performance, to support the requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
  • 4. Work with the Intragen Leadership Team to continuously improve business processes for Service Delivery.
  • Who you are :

  • Experience working in service provision / consultancy organisation with a proven ability to provide professional customer services.
  • Knowledgeable of commercial contracts and adhere to Service Level Agreements.
  • A skilled project manager with a portfolio of projects, you have experience coordinating resources in multi-customer environments.
  • Competent designing, building, maintaining and publishing accurate management information and KPI's, using tools such as excel, power BI or equivalent.
  • A hands-on person who is ready to directly provide the outputs that will help manage and grow our business. You will enjoy working closely with our clients and can build great client relationships.
