REPORTING INTO : Head of Performance & Reward


Summary :

Reporting to the Head of performance & Reward, the Executive & Equity Compensation Manager will manage, deliver and monitor executive and equity compensation, support governance requirements (RemCo) and ensure the effective delivery of regulatory requirements.

Role Accountabilities :

Manage, deliver and monitor executive and equity compensation, including fixed and variable pay

Responsible for operation of discretionary share plans

Oversee financial advisor and other incentive schemes

Manage and deliver regulatory reporting requirements

Manage Material Risk Taker identification, record-keeping and policy

Support the RemCo cycle

Deliver Reward Governance Committee requirements

Provide technical advice / solutions to equity and executive matters.

Manage and deliver key team projects including execution of Annual Reward cycle

Significantly contribute to policy development

Manage risks and controls associated with role responsibilities

Coach and develop team members.

Experience / skills :

Recent and proven experience in HR, preferably reward focused, including managing executive and equity compensation in a regulated / financial services listed organisation

Numerate and with extensive knowledge and experience of reward disciplines

Able to act independently and produce work to a high standard

Able to manage and prioritise conflicting projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Able to analyse, interpret and summarise succinctly to senior stakeholders and colleagues

Strong written and verbal communicator

Excellent team player

Able to build relationships at all levels and confidently influence senior stakeholders

HR / Reward related qualification is desirable but not essential (e.g. CIPD).
