Key Responsibilities :
Guide UX activities on allocated projects, implementing UX best practice to deliver creative solutions which support business requirements.
Use appropriate UX tools and processes, including user testing, research and analysis, wireframes and prototypes, to deliver improvements to our existing suite of products and create compelling new solutions.
Conduct user research and run UX workshops with the business and end users to gather requirements and translate them into relevant deliverables.
Work collaboratively with Digital Experience colleagues, including visual design specialists, to ensure solutions are consistent with existing interaction design patterns and are on-brand.
Use research findings and consider other sources of data such as market and competitor analysis to inform recommendations and design solutions.
Work closely with the development teams and business stakeholders to implement solutions, retaining ownership for quality and digital experience.
Develop and maintain UX artefacts and detailed user-interface specifications.
Ensure UX solutions and recommendations comply with relevant usability and accessibility guidelines, and support delivery teams to implement appropriately.
Required UX Experience and Technical Knowledge :
Proven experience as a UX Architect / User Researcher or similar role, supported by a portfolio of relevant projects. UX experience in financial services would be highly beneficial.
Well-versed in user-centred design methods and research techniques.
A thorough understanding of UX principles, Information Architecture disciplines and their application on projects to support a range of devices and platforms.
A good understanding of the technologies which underpin Web and App front-end developments would be useful.

Comfortable working in a corporate environment.
Passionate practitioner who keeps up-to-date with industry trends.
Educated to a minimum of degree level in HCI or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
