The role This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Swindon office.

The Commercial Property department deals with an extremely high quality of work. The work is very varied and is normally wide spanning across a different range of industry sectors.

The property team are friendly, professional and dynamic. You will deal with a broad caseload of Real Estate matters which will include;

Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.

This role has great prospects to progress attached to it

You will be eligible for a performance-related bonus, which is lucrativeRequirements

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)

You will be meticulous when it comes to detail

You should have first-class communication skills

The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
