The team

The key business area supported by this role will be our Lime & Corclaim Group which offers services to consumers under the Lime Solicitors brand and to high volume business clients under the Corclaim brand.

The Corclaim brand is dedicated to servicing clients with large scale and repeated legal needs. We currently deliver the following practice areas via Corclaim : debt recovery, asset finance, cost drafting and uninsured loss recovery.

Corclaim creates market differentiation through its processes, infrastructure and technology. This allows us to deal with the vast quantities of legal work our clients need to provide services to their customers at scale.

The Lime Solicitors brand is committed to fighting for the rights of those who have been let down. Our current practice areas include personal injury, medical negligence, inheritance disputes and professional negligence.

The role :

We are looking for a Content Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our Lime & Corclaim Group.

This opportunity involves the production and management of industry-leading content that will be used across multiple marketing channels including : website, press, sales materials, audio, social media and video for the Lime Solicitors and Corclaim brands.

The purpose of the role is to increase brand awareness, aid Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and to generate client enquiries to help us to attain our growth plans.

Vitally, this role is about improving our visibility to prospective clients and to ensure that the content produced resonates with our target audience.

You will be active in recommending content production plans to the group, keeping in mind at all times the importance of our regulated status.

The measures of success for this role will include improvements in organic traffic and rankings for keywords, as well as a measurable improvement in website engagement as a result of content initiatives and positive engagement on social media accounts.

Your key duties will include :

  • having responsibility for the production and curation of content for use across multiple marketing channels, including (but not limited to) our : website, blogs, press, sales materials, social media, video and email newsletters
  • developing an editorial calendar aligned to business objectives, KPIs, quarterly campaigns and PR targets for each of the teams within the Corclaim and Lime brands
  • producing and implementing a social media policy in conjunction with other key stakeholders
  • ensuring a consistent brand message is delivered across all channels and providing training as to how messages are to be presented
  • producing SEO-optimised content to increase organic traffic to our websites
  • managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • monitoring online comments and responding to all with a view of driving leads and sales
  • conducting regular analysis of all content campaigns to assess visitor data, campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement
  • keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, competitor activity and best in class approach to refine content strategy
  • working closely with all key stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to content
  • acting as the day-to-day liaison point with the PR agency producing the content they need and ensuring the agency’s time is focused upon journalist discussions to maximise the impact of our PR budget
  • reviewing, monitoring and improving organic search position of pre-agreed keywords and recommending new SEO targets.
  • managing social media accounts and engagement
  • ensuring content complies with all the relevant regulatory codes including SRA marketing obligations and confidentiality etc.
  • liaising with our Compliance Team, the Volume & Consumer Business Board and Head of Operations where necessary

    Skills and experience you will have :

  • a relevant (legal, marketing, media or digital) qualification at degree level or equivalent business experience
  • a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally from a professional services background;
  • legal or insurance-sector experience is advantageous but not essential

  • an advanced knowledge of running, leading and managing content marketing, SEO and technical copywriting best practice
  • previous solid experience of working in a Content Marketing role in service-orientated organisations (ideally professional partnerships, insurance or volume outsourcing providers) in B2B and B2C markets;
  • performing at a senior level

  • strong persuasion and influencing skills with the ability to command attention and influence business professionals, both internally and externally, willing to listen, learn and develop positions, as appropriate
  • a strong attention to detail and be highly skilled at proof-reading and editing
  • a broad awareness of the impact content-production has on business development and to be able to utilise this awareness to recommend actions to improve the level of enquiries
