MissionThe CRM and Digital Marketing manager is responsible for driving high-quality traffic to the Direct website, whilst driving new customer acquisition and repeat purchase amongst existing customers.
This activity must support the Direct channel’s commercial objectives.Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, the CRM and Digital Marketing Manager will deliver a market-
leading customer experience across every touch-point in the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities Building global CRM strategy to support commercial objectives Media planning in line with trading and marketing calendar BECCA Implementing CRM lifecycle campaigns to drive maximum repeat purchase and LTV metrics Working with communications and Marketing to maximise new customer acquisition opportunities Responsible for setting forecasts and post campaign analysis Setting and working to cost-
per-acquisition targets Required to report on marketing activity and use Responsible for email marketing, all the way from from ideation to dispatch Support in the development of direct mail creatives

Experience in managing or coaching staff as direct reports or as part of the broader businessStrong commercial skills.Good analytical skills and report writing.
Technically savvy solid understanding and working knowledge of systems for database analysisProject management skills.Able to work independently and to clear deadlines.
Able to prioritize under pressure.
Academic / Technical requirements : Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in online, ecommerce or digital fields.
Ideally possessing a postgraduate degree.Solid previous experience in eCommerce / CRM for a brand, retailer, or within a Media agency.
Experience of influencing commercial trading and developing strategies for salesExperience of working in a small, fast paced and growing business.
Experience across the cosmetics industry a plus but not essential.Good understanding of database management essentialWorking experience of email marketing.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics.A high standard of competency on Microsoft packages : Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Working knowledge of the Magento eCommerce Platform
