Job Description Senior Consultant, Security Advisory We’re hiring! Aon, the leading global professional services firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant in Security Advisory for their Cyber Solutions' EMEA HQ in London.

Our international Security Advisory team specialises in advising senior and executive management on strategy and tactics in domains including governance, risk, security and resilience maturity, and business and technical security architecture.

About the role As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to :

  • Deliver security advisory services to our clients drawing on all of the expertise of Aon's Cyber Solutions.
  • Work independently, liaising with client representatives and other team members, producing high quality oral and written work product and presenting complex technical matters clearly and concisely.
  • Contribute to our methodologies and leverage collaboration to deliver our client's requirements.
  • Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

    About you The following requirements are expected from potential applicants :

  • At least 4 years of experience in building and assessing secure solutions encompassing people, process, technology and environment domains.
  • Experience in threat modelling activities in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience as a technical security architect or enterprise security architect.
  • Operational knowledge of common security frameworks and standards.
  • Well-developed analytic, qualitative, and quantitative reasoning skills and demonstrated creative problem solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation with a demonstrated ability to develop talent and lead projects or teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and physical locations, and flexibility to travel.
  • The following items are not required but would be considered a differentiator : Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other relevant subjects.

    One or more of the following professional qualifications, e.g. SABSA (preferable), PCiIA, CREST CRTSA, TOGAF, CISSP, CRISC.

  • Experience in a professional services consulting environment
  • Fluency in an additional Western European language, other than English.
