About the role - Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Search
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Search is a crucial member of the online team in eHarmony's marketing division.
This person will re-build, test, grow and optimise eHarmony's entire paid offering across Text-Ads (Google & Bing), GDN, YouTube and Google App Store for the UK and Australian markets.
Key Responsibilities - Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Search
Develop and execute eHarmony's Paid Search strategy for two key markets : UK & AUS
Own day-to-day campaign process across Text-Ads (Google & Bing), GDN, YouTube and Google App Store to drive new user subscriptions
Development of suitable campaign structures as well as continuous development accounts : keywords, keyword groups, bid management, creation of ads, optimization of landing pages etc
Manage performance and campaign analysis reporting on KPI's, success indicators and growth targets
Define the strategy for paid search channels, working with other team members to ensure and integrated approach
Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization techniques are being employed
Work with UK & AUS marketing teams to ensure all creative is on-brand and appropriate for it's market and is in keeping with brand in other markets (US & EU)
Experience Required - Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Search
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) as well as in-depth knowledge of Google & Bings full-
stack advertising ecosystem, and experience in executing performance campaigns with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
Strong analytical mindset combined with a methodical approach to execution
Very good Excel skills and a high level of technical affinity (automation is huge bonus)
Excellent reporting, writing and communication skills
Proven experience in scaling accounts with relatively small budgets and growing them through a granular approach, increasing ROAS, ROI and working to a tCPA
Experience working in a subscription based business is highly desirable or where LTV is a key metric
A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organisation
