NCB want to meet growing demand for digital services and focus on the needs of professionals who work with children and young people in order to provide positive outcomes for the workforce and support them to deliver a better childhood across the UK.
To do this we aim to work with a supplier to design and implement a new digital learning platform for NCB to share best practice, which is integrated with existing systems and has the ability to process payments for access to training and learning resources.
The solution must align with industry standards, policies and procedures.
We aim to offer training and learning resources from all our specialist areas through a single, digital learning platform.
We currently offer online training through the Council for Disabled Children and the Anti-Bullying Alliance on separate websites (see the Additional Information section).
Ultimately we want to change the way we design and offer training so that the user experience is at the heart of how the platform operates.
We also aim to develop the digital capability and confidence of our staff so they are equipped to do this. We are seeking a supplier with the skills and experience to help us reach these aims.
