AV Technical Lead
Cambridge salary circa £43,000
One of Europe's Leading providers of integrated AV communication systems. A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated AV systems.
Due to continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit an AV Technical Lead to manage all operational activity at the client sites in Cambridge.
driving licence and car essential to travel to the client sites in Cambridge and occasionally other locations in the UK.
This is a stand alone role
AV Technical Lead "
The Role : To manage all operational activity as technical lead on site as the main client focal point
Responsible for ensuring all faults are resolved and equipment schedules are managed
You will be required to attend monthly client meetings
You will also ensure any rquests for "white Glove" services to key meetings are facilitated and executed without fail
Provide maintenance services for all conference room technical systems including projectoirs VC and Audio conferencing equipment and infrastructure and includes RMA of equipment trouble shooting & repairs
Will have experience of Zoom Crestron & Polycom experience on multiple operating system platforms Windows & Mac
The ability to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Will have the ability to work in a very high pace and dynamic environment
Will have strong interpersonaland communication skills
Benefits :
3% pension contribution (after 3 months probation period)
23 days holiday in first year (holiday years rising after length
of service January to December) to 25 during 3rd year
