We are now seeking a Credit Control Administrator to ensure the accurate processing and analysis of credit notes and maintaining the business Debt Query Management system.

Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Duties include managing the team incoming emails, creating reports, recording cheques and updating spreadsheets.

As the team Administrator, the role will be heavily around data entry as well preparing, distributing and printing documents.

About You

Due to the nature of role, we are looking for an office professional with data entry experience and good customer service skills.

Other qualifications and skills include :

  • GCSE standard education- A-levels / Higher Education preferred
  • AAT preferable
  • Able to follow routine procedures at pace
  • Able to remain effective whilst performing routine tasks on a repetitive basis
  • Computer experience in the following packages : Microsoft Word & Excel (intermediate level)
  • Confident communicator

    As part of the Ryder team, you will receive :

    A salary of £16,000 is on offer along with a great benefits package that includes a generous pension scheme, good holiday allowance, life assurance, and other corporate benefits such as a discounts portal which offers a wide variety of discounts across high street and online retailers.

    You will be working between Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours from our corporate office in Dukinfield between 9am to 5pm.
